About AKIND
AKIND is an everyday fine jewelry brand built on craftsmanship and sustainability, our pieces are made in recycled gold and silver with lab-grown gemstones, sold across Europe and beyond to a customer base that's grown loyal through quality and care. We're a small team in Stockholm, currently rebuilding our operational infrastructure piece by piece, with AI at the centre of how we want to do it.
We're hiring a Customer Operations Agent to join us at our office in Stockholm. You'll be the connection between our customers and the operational engine that gets pieces from our factories to their doors, owning a function rather than working through a checklist.
What the role looks like
Your days will move between four things: making sure customers feel taken care of, getting orders out the door accurately and on time, daily contact with our factories and finding ways to make all of that run better.
In practice: handling inquiries with judgement and warmth, managing orders from Shopify and our other sales channels, picking and packing with the care our pieces deserve, owning returns, exchanges, and claims. Pulling together the reporting and admin that keep operations and marketing in sync, building the kind of structure that scales as we grow.
The curious-mindset part, and why it matters here
We're a small team rebuilding our operational infrastructure piece by piece, and AI sits at the centre of how we want to do it. Customer service flows, order routing, returns logic, reporting, there's a long list of areas where the right tooling can replace hours of manual work with something better.
We want someone who finds that exciting. Not an AI specialist, just someone who likes asking why a process exists, who's comfortable testing new tools, and who gets satisfaction from turning a messy workflow into a clean one. If you spot something broken and have an idea for fixing it, you'll have the space to build it.
You'll probably do well here if you have
Experience in an operational, customer-facing, or admin-heavy role (e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle is a bonus)
Confidence across multiple digital platforms (Shopify, shipping platforms and Excel, or the appetite to learn them quickly)
A hands-on attitude - happy to pack and ship alongside the desk work
A real eye for detail and care for how things feel from a customer's side
An openness to AI and automation as part of how you work
Fluent English - Swedish is a plus, not a requirement
The practicalities
This is a temporary half-time role based at our Stockholm office, with the length to be agreed together. We’re looking to fill the role as soon as possible, though we’re happy to wait for the right person if a short notice period is needed.
