About the Job

Location: Akind's office in central Stockholm, Sweden

Start Date: Beginning of March, 2025

Type: Full-time, 40 hours a week [Fixed term, Maternity Cover]

The Role:

We are looking for a creative and organized PR & Partnerships Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance, coordination, and execution of Akind's event, PR and partnership activations. 

You will be working in collaboration with the greater marketing team in efforts to propel Akind's marketing efforts towards the company's overall goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Akind's annual event and PR plan, encompassing event management, activation and coordination
• Coordinate Akind's annual influencer marketing plan
• Maintain relationships with influencers, stylists, and other relevant creatives within Akind’s network and establish connections with new, relevant contacts.
• Oversee the event and partnership budget, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and strategic activations.
• Track, gather, and report campaign performance statistics, providing analysis and insights for future improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience (Minimum of 2+ years) in PR and Partnerships or a relevant position. 
• Skills:
  • Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • PR + Event management and hosting experience is a must
  • Influencer marketing full campaign management experience is a must 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, report, and interpret campaign data. (Microsoft and Google programs)
  • Ability to, on occasion, travel or work in the evening for planned events.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is helpful.
• Other: Familiarity with the influencer and PR landscape in the luxury product sector, specifically in Sweden, Germany, and the Netherlands is a strong plus.
