The mission of Akind's Customer Experience Agent is to provide the best possible service to our customers and represent the voice of the customer internally. This involves not only answering tickets through email, and social media, but also providing feedback to our internal team. It also include managing the fulfillment of all purchases; from receiving orders, managing exchanges, packing the orders, operating our service and logistics systems, and much more. 

This job requires your understanding for the entire logistics chain as well as your great mindset for customer care. Something we value extremely high at Akind. 

The ideal candidate works with a point of view and growth mindset. You see the answer in every problem versus those who see the problem in every answer. 

This position also include to establish and set processes and procedures for customer support at Akind, and performance management including clear and measurable KPIs. Our hope is that you are passionate about building a high-performing customer experience.  

Apart from your daily tasks as a Customer Experience Agent, your goal will be to identify and remove obstacles in the customer journey to implement positive and effective change. You are a champion for your work and for the customer and you always ensure to deliver the best possible service.

The Customer Experience Agent will work with our CS team and report to our CEO. 

Location: Akind office in Stockholm City, Sweden 

Start Date: ASAP

Hours per week: 20-40
